I didn’t feel the need to play them multiple times. Personally, I played all the missions one time on the master difficulty(hardest possible difficulty). The game is designed in that way to give it a lot of replayability since you can play the same mission in a completely different way the second time around or third or fourth etc. There are multiple ways to complete the missions. Before you start a mission there is a planning phase where you choose the weapons, tools, and suit you are going to wear, you also choose the difficulty.Īfter the mission starts your objectives to complete it are shown on the upper left corner of the screen. Now for those that haven’t played the first Hitman, the gameplay is as follows. If you have already played the first Hitman then you know what to expect from the gameplay of the second game.
What I did have a problem with however was its pricing, but I will talk more about that in the Final Thoughts section. Personally, I didn’t have a problem with that. I don’t know if that’s a bad thing or not, I will leave it for you to decide. Hitman 2 is Hitman with just new missions added. Hitman and Hitman 2 have 0 difference when it comes to gameplay. The gameplay of Hitman 2 is very good and the reason that it’s very good is that its prequels gameplay was good. It’s a good story that adds to the gameplay but nothing more than that. Hitman 2’s story is interesting though I wouldn’t say that it is something that will leave you on the edge of your seats waiting for what’s coming next. The story of Hitman 2 continuous where the story of the first game left off.
